Daniel – a hard act to swallow!

Our school musical was a great success. Years 4-9 put on two evening performances of Daniel – a hard act to swallow. The story was taken from the Biblical account of Daniel in the Bible. The costumes, scenery and props were impressive. The acting was convincing and the singing was moving. Very well done to all!

Rehearsing For Our Next Musical Production

We are currently rehearsing for our next musical production, Esther, to be performed next March. We held a competition for the pupils to compose two of the songs to be included in the musical.

The winners are Ana Karina and Jessamy who have written the lyrics for the duet by Mordecai and Esther ‘Have you heard the cries of mourning?’ and Lara who has written both words and music for Esther’s heart rending solo ‘Why me, God?’.

Well done all of you!
