Policy to prevent the radicalisation of students.
The schools ethos and values are based on the shared faith that as Christians we are to love God and our neighbour. We aspire to promote the world view that upholds the sanctity of life and calls us to love our enemies. It is a fundamental value that no view or belief is promoted through hate and anyone who hates does not love God. We also believe that our words and actions should be loving and encouraging. It is a foundational principal that the world has enough bigots and we don’t want to add to them; we should engage in fruitful criticism of modern culture with humility and teach this.
We work with Essex Safeguarding board and participate in local training events http://www.escb.co.uk/
