Dealing with Complaints

We hope that any parent who is unhappy about any aspect of the school will first approach a member of the Senior Leadership Team in order to talk about their concerns. Where this fails to bring a resolution parents are asked to follow the complaints procedure as explained in the document below.

If any member of staff is unhappy about any aspect of the school, we ask them to talk to a member of the Senior Leadership Team in the first instance. Failing this, staff should use the following procedure.
